Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday (Weekends) or Public holidays.

Delivery Options:

We currently offer:

  • Door-to-door delivery via Courier
  • P.O. Box addresses are not allowed.
  • The customer is responsible ensuring the delivery address is correct.
  • The customer must make sure that there will be someone at the given address to receive and sign for the product during working hours.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over R700.
  • Items that are in stock will be delivered within 5 – 7 working days after payment was received.
  • The customer will be notified via e-mail when the product leaves dispatch.

Delivery Costs:

  • We charge a flat delivery fee on orders under R700
  • R100 for Door to Door Courier Delivery.

    Courier Service Providers:

    • Local deliveries are made via The Courier Guy
    • Items that are in stock will be delivered within 5 – 7 working days after payment was received unless otherwise stated.
    • Canvas art will be delivered within 7-10 working days after payment was received unless otherwise stated.
